Narromine community invited to show support for ‘worthy cause’

16 Oct, 2009 11:59 AM
The Tina McKeown Fundraiser will be held next Friday in an effort to raise money for the 25-year-old mother who has been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer.

Tina’s friends have organised the night which will be held at the Imperial Stay in Narromine and have asked the community to come along and help out their friend.

Tickets are only $20 and the money will go towards covering expensive medical and travel costs as Tina travels to Sydney for radiotherapy with her 10-month-old daughter Tasmyn.

The ticket also includes finger food served throughout the night and a free beer, wine or soft drink.

The night will also include a charity auction overseen by auctioneer extraordinaire Jason Hartin and the it would be perfect to catch up with family, friends and workmates, not to mention a very worthy cause.

For catering purposes please book early.
