The Narromine High student qualified as starting halfback for the highest level of under 16s football in the 2014.
The NSW Country side travelled to Queensland at the end of June.
The side thrashed Samoa Queensland 58-8 where Isaac won joint man of the match.
Unfortunately the side went down to Queensland Maroons 22-10.
"It was pretty hard, one of the hardest games I've ever played," Isaac said in relation to the Maroons game.
The modest halfback was thrilled to be a part of the side.
"I was happy with Western Rams, I was over the moon to get selected for Country," he said.
The opportunity was great for Isaac who hopes to play rugby league professionally one day.
"Hope to make a career of it one day," he said.
"(I'd like to) play for the Penrith Panthers. I love the club and it's my favourite team."
With the NSW Country games finished for the year, Isaac is excited to be playing for his home side, the Jets, in the under 16s and under 18s.
"I can't wait to get back into club footy and playing with the boys," he said.
"The 16s have a good chance of getting into the finals this year."
The Narromine Jets are proud of Isaac's accomplishments this season.
"Isaac has been working so hard for the last 12 months on his footy, this is a great achievement and he deserves it," the Narromine Junior League Club said.
"Isaac is an amazing role model for our younger players, he umpires, helps set up the ovals and sets a great standard of behaviour.
"As a member of Narromine Junior League since he was eight years old, we are very proud of the level he has achieved."
Isaac urged any other junior league players wanting to go on to representative football to train hard.
"Make sure you do extra training along the way, I train every day," he said.
"You have to want to go for it."
Catch the Narromine Junior Jets at Noel Powell Oval on Saturday from 9am.
