They visited the education centre and learnt about animals with feathers, fur or fins.
The students were able to pat a snake and an echidna.
After they visited the education centre they boarded the bus and ventured around the zoo to see a variety of animals including the meerkats, elephants and the otters.
The students thoroughly enjoyed their visit to the zoo.
