The final game of the round was played out at Trangie where the Gulgong Terriers strengthened their claim for a semi-final berth with a solid win over the Magpies.

With star half back Brad James taking ownership of the game, the Terriers brushed aside the home team 68-14, the score being 28-6 in their favour at half-time.
Whilst James shredded the Trangie defence at will, scoring three tries as well as slotting 10 goals, he was well supported by some strong running by front rower Nick Harvey whilst for the Maggies second rower Blair Hooper was relentless in attack and defence whilst centre Mikaira Skinner also tried hard.
The high-flying Dunnedoo Swans have all but erased that omission from their record books by establishing a six-point lead on the 2014 Castlereagh League competition ladder with just three rounds remaining
Currently being undefeated, the Swans just need to rack up one more competition point to wrap up their first ever minor premiership, and even if the unthinkable was to happen and they were to lose all their three remaining games, their impressive for and against would almost certainly guarantee them the minor title.
Second-placed Coonabarabran Unicorns were the last team to fall to the Green and Whites when they went down 28-8 in a physical game played out at Dunedoo in front of a big crowd.
Meanwhile at Coonamble the Bears managed to give themselves a bit of breathing space on the ladder when they downed the Warren Bulldogs in a free-flowing and high-scoring contest that saw better than a point a minute scored.
With just three rounds remaining, and just six competition points on offer to teams, this Saturday's game at Warren's Boneyard between the Bulldogs and the Coonabarabran Unicorns takes on major significance for both sides.
A loss by Warren and wins to both Coonamble and Gulgong will see the Bulldogs out of semi-final contention whilst if Coonabarabran are defeated they run the risk of being in a three-way battle for second position on the ladder with the Bears and the Terriers.
Another game of interest will be played out at Dunedoo with the Swans hosting the Gilgandra Panthers.
Whilst the Panthers are out of the semi-final race they would like nothing better than to make things difficult for the teams stationed above them on the competition ladder in their remaining games and they have the capability to do just that.
, with their positioning on the ladder not being fully indicative of how competitive they have been in the majority of their games throughout the season.
There have been some cracker games between these two clubs in recent years and that could well be the case again at Robertson Oval on Saturday.
The other games will see Coolah play Gulgong in a Friday night game at Coolah and Coonamble will travel to Trangie.
