The brave mother has been diagnosed with alopecia as part of suffering from early-onset Parkinson's and instead of waiting for the inevitable decided to shave her hair.
Sacha lost her locks during the shave on Friday and is thrilled with the results.
"The shave went great. I have cash donations to put up and we are at around an estimated $900 which is amazing in less than two weeks," she said.
"I am still encouraging people to donate at here."
Sacha said the donations meant the world to her and her family. "As I shed my hair I knew what it would be like if I ever needed brain surgery and I felt for all those who are ill and lose hair," she said.
"We are so attached to it, but I feel good it is gone. No more worrying about balding."
Her husband and her brother-in-law also got their heads shaved.
