Green fees will go up $1 next year.
Championships will still be played in twos and back to consecutive Tuesday, Wednesdays.
A Melbourne Cup party will go ahead November 4, please come and bring your friends.
Saturday October 18 saw a large field of 21 players contest a par event with Sue Wallace kindly donating the trophy.

A grade ball went to Betty Browning +4. B grade ball winner Bev Woods +5
Jeanette O'Brien won first optional ball +6, second optional ball went to Marj Kelly +4
Dale Harding won third optional ball +3, 4th and final optional ball won by Joan Collins +2 winning on a count back from Gail White, however Gail won nearest pin on ninth and Dale Harding 18th.

Wednesday, October 22 a warm spring morning saw 17 players contest a stroke event with Marie Houghton's kindly donated trophy.
Trophy winner and A grade Gail White 67 nett winning on a count back from Elaine Ashdown also B/C grade ball winner 67 nett.
First optional ball went to Loyalty Roberts 69 nett.
Loyalty didn't have too many tangles with trees, like her two co-players.
Vicki Gainsford won second optional ball 71 nett and a magnificent 84 off the stick.
Marie Bishop won third and final opp ball 72 nett, winning on a count back from Robyn Jones also 72 nett.
Nearest pin ninth and 17th Bev Woods who, apart from an encounter with numerous trees, had a very fortunate day.
Drawn card won by Carol Paddison, Carol also kindly donated the raffle. The winner was Marie Bishop.
Saturday November 8 everyone is invited to an evening of Music on the Green where Roydon will sing.
Starting at 6pm bring a folding chair. Dinner and drinks will be available at the club.
Considering everyone enjoyed a par event last Saturday another will be held this Saturday October 25 (last Saturday for 2014) with Marie Bishop's Trophy.
Our final Wednesday of golf for the winter season will be a stableford event mixed draw and Club Trophy.
