Vinnie's Bev Woods is unimpressed with people using the charity deposit as a bin.
St Vincent de Paul's Beverly Cleary was disappointed to find the clothes which had been put in the bin as a "donation."
Mrs Cleary wanted to remind the community the clothes donated to St Vincent de Paul had to be of a certain standard.
"Vinnies is not a bin," she said.
"We're very grateful for donations but we don't need soiled and ripped clothes."
