Following the overnight rain the course was in excellent condition and some good scores were returned. In the ladies division, nine players faced the starter on the front nine.
The winner was Gail White with an excellent round of 23 points. Runner-up was Tracey McIntyre with 21.
There was no winner in the ladies Nearest the pin which will now jackpot to next week.
Eleven men also faced the starter on the front nine.
Winner was that big hitting,ex Bourkeite,Bob Culhane on 24 points.
Close up behind Bob were two golfers on 23 points, Bob Richardson and Jamie Roberts. Richardson took the runner up prize on a count back.
Tiger Berryman won the nearest the pin trophy.
All up pretty good days golf.
Not much activity in the Clubhouse as only two pairs contested the pool comp, which went again to Terry Willis and Norm Lewis who defeated Tiger Berryman and Mick Edwards.
It is rumoured this pair will be handicapped out of the event in future.
