The Two and a Half Men star took to his Facebook page to express his distress at never being able to find a place to change five-month-old Wyatt Isabelle's nappy.
"There are NEVER diaper changing stations in men's public restrooms," Kutcher wrote.
The 37-year-old actor then offered to share the location of the first one he found with his 18 million Facebook followers.
"The first public men's room that I go into that has one gets a free shout out on my FB page! #BeTheChange. [sic]"
Wyatt is the first daughter for Ashton and his fiancee Mila Kunis.
The couple's flexible schedule allows them to raise Wyatt without any at-home help.
"We're really privileged that we have time and can afford to take time. so we don't have a nanny or a night nurse or any of that stuff," Kutcher told Larry King in November.
"It's just the two of us."
Speaking on The Ellen Show in December, Kutcher said the decision to be hands-on parents was right for the couple, who became engaged in February 2014.
"It's awesome... We just want to know our kid," he said.
"We want to be the people that know what to do when the baby's crying to make the baby not cry anymore. We want to know, like, when she makes a little face or something, we want to be emotionally in touch with her. I think the only way to do that is by being the one who's there."
