A single-vehicle accident occurred on the Mitchell Highway yesterday afternoon.
A spokesperson from NSW Ambulance said paramedics treated a man and woman in their 60s at the scene.
The man was taken to Dubbo Hospital in a serious but stable condition and the woman was also taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Rural Fire Service, Volunteer Rescue Association, Narromine police and ambulance all attended the scene.
The RFS freed an occupant of the vehicle from the wreckage.
The road was temporarily closed yesterday afternoon following the accident.
