The ambulance and fire truck visited the pre-school to teach the students about emergencies and when to dial 000.
The classmates were also able to explore the vehicles to see what was inside.
Local firefighter Peter Treseder explained to the children what to do if they're caught in a fire.
"If you hear a smoke alarm you have to get out of the building," he said.
"Get down low and go, go, go."
Teacher Kelly McPherson said the visit had corresponded with some emergency practise the children had been doing.
The students have been playing a 000 challenge each week to learn which emergency situation requires which service.
"We will do fire drill practise each day from today," she said.
"There won't be a fire but we'll talk about getting out of the building."
