The wind, from the east, was unrelenting all afternoon and the results reflect the effect of shooting into a fishtailing head wind.
At the end of the first stage, Norm Brown had fired a 41/50 in A-grade while Alan Taylor held the lead in F-class on 53/60.
The five visiting shooters were finding the conditions difficult even with some extra coaching.
During the second stage there were some improved scores when the wind eased but the damage had been done.
Norm Brown won the A-grade badge with a total 78/100, Alan Taylor won F-class on 107/120, Noel Thompson won B-grade with a 62/100 while Locky Simpson won C-grade with an off-rifle score of 78/100.
Clive Simpson hit "pin-hole" early in the day to win the jackpot and Rob Rainbow won the weekly handicap trophy.

Lionel Morrish 40/41, F-class visitor total 81/120; Scott Monaghan 48/50, F-class total 98/120; Rob Rainbow 52/54, F-class total 106/120; Norm Brown 41/37, off-rifle 78, handicap 3, total 81/100; Clive Simpson 51/49, F-class total 100/120; Alan Taylor 53/54, F-class total 107/120; Noel Thompson 30/32, o/r 62, hcp 14, total 76/100; Linc Simpson 41/41, F-class visitor total 82/100; Jake Owens 46/35, F-class visitor total 81/100; David Hey 32/43, F-class visitor total 75/120; Ben Hey 36/38, F-class visitor total 74/120; Locky Simpson 43/35, o/r 78, hcp 10, total 88/100; Henry Taylor 48/54, F-class total 102/120.
