Monday May 25
Narromine Branch will assist you to find the perfect book for you or your family. Whether you have read all your favourite authors or just want to find a new one escape into the library for some great suggestions.
Trangie branch invites all ages to create something wonderful at a Craft Makerspace.
Tuesday May 26
Narromine Branch will be offering tech help in using the ebooks, eaudio and emagazines. Just bring along your tablet or other device and you will learn to access these great new resources.
Trangie Branch will be closed so time to enter the Library Bookface Competition. Details available at mrl.nsw.gov.au and entries close May 31 2015.
Wednesday May 27
Narrromine and Trangie Branches will be hosting 'National Simultaneous Storytime' at 11am. This is one of the most popular events to be held during Library and Information Week. Preschoolers will join with thousands of children across the country in this storytime event with The Brothers Quibble all at the same time. Lots of new books will be available to borrow.
Thursday May 28
Narromine Branch invites you to enter the Library Bookface Competition. Trangie Branch 'Imagine' being Tech Savvy. Staff will assist you to get started with ebooks, emagazines, eaudio, email, databases and tablets or other devices.
Friday May 29
Narromine will present 'Imagine Cartooning' for youth 13 years and over. A light snack will be provided. Bring a friend along to enjoy this great workshop. Trangie Branch will present ' Imagine a Time Way Back When' a day of history, local history and family history. Displays, resources and staff available to take you back through history and discover where you came from.
