The national not-for-profit organisation professes to empower people to create their own future.
Transition and support consultant and Narromine local Shannen Wood said the programs were high-quality and person-centred.
"Break Thru enables thousands of people every year to address mental health, employment, disability and training needs," she said.
"Our person-centered approach aims to provide individuals with a range of opportunities to enhance their personal growth and skill development for integration into the community."
Ms Wood said the staff at Break Thru believed life was about being able to choose your own experiences and living your desired life.
"The self-managed model is one example of this philosophy where people with a disability have flexibility to design a customised program of support," she said.
"Our person-centered philosophy has clients at the forefront of the business as they are active participants in the service.
"Not only are our services responsive to clients and families, but we seek input into how facilities and community supports are delivered."
Ms Wood said the team at Break Thru was looking forward to assisting the local community and expanding the Narromineservices.
