Aiden, along with all of our children, believe in Little Athletics' motto "Be your Best" and Aiden is certainly achieving this.
Recently Aiden has been selected to attend a National under 15s camp at the prestigious Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.
Aiden was chosen because of his amazing performance at the 2015 NSW Little Athletics State Championships where he achieved gold in two events, discus and javelin.
- Narromine Little A's
Aiden was chosen because of his amazing performance at the 2015 NSW Little Athletics State Championships where he achieved gold in two events, discus and javelin.
Aiden has chosen to use this opportunity to further develop his skills in the sport of javelin.
The live-in camp provides athletes with the opportunity to improve their athletic skills; increase their knowledge in a range of areas and socialise with athletes from all over Australia.
There will be 140 athletes attending the camp from across the country. Some of the best elite coaches in the country will be working with the athletes including Peter Lawler (javelin).
Aiden has been doing Little Athletics in Narromine since U6s.
He first represented the club in U9s where he won his first regional medal in discus which gave him the drive to continue on in the sport.
We wish Aiden all the best in his journey.
