Recreational Aviation Australia (RAAus), the Sports Aircraft Association of Australia (SAAA), the Hang Gliding Federation of Australia (HGFA) and the Australian Parachuting Federation (APF) have combined forces to put on Oz-Kosh 2016.
CEO of RAAus Michael Linke said: “For many years bodies such as ours have gone it alone with aviation shows. This year, by joining forces, we want to showcase the length and breadth of aviation Australia has to offer to both the local Narromine community, and also our members from near and far. We are expecting hundreds of our members to descend on Narromine.”
Featuring more than 35 exhibitors, 45 seminars for new and experienced aviation enthusiasts, kids activities, Oz-Kosh is an event designed by aviators for aviators, or people wanting to get into aviation.

Narromine has a long and rich history in aviation commencing in 1916.
The Narromine Shire Council, the shire residents and business operators have always provided wonderful support to the aviation industry and 2016 will be no different.
Organisers of Oz-Kosh are encouraging the local community to get behind the event and invite local food and produce suppliers to get involved.
“If you want to be part of this event, get in touch with us. It’s not only a showcase for aviation, but also a showcase for Narromine. We are in our first year and as such a successful event is important. Success means the event will return to Narromine.” David Young from Oz-Kosh said.
