After the success of the Narromine Junior Rugby Union Gorillas in 2016, particularly the under 15’s side winning not only the minor premiership but also the major premiership the club is looking forward to a new season of rugby in 2017.
This year the Junior Gorillas will be able to field three sides within the Central West completion.
The under 13, under 15 and under 17s will all take the field.
This is the first time in since 2014 that the Narromine Junior Gorillas has been able to field an U17 side.
“This is exiting news for the Narromine Junior Gorillas” said Club President Mr Mark Wynne.
Despite the heat over the past few weeks training has already begun for the junior side with strong numbers turning up for both training sessions.
The club would like to invite anyone who is interested in playing junior rugby to come and meet the club and existing players at training on Tuesday nights from 5.30pm at Cale Oval.
Registration is now open online for 2017.
Under 13 to under 17 players can register at training on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
Walla’s Under fives to under 11s registration day will be held on March 3 from 3.30pm to 5.30pm at Cale Oval.
Full details of how to register and cost can be found on Narromine Junior Rugby Union Gorillas Facebook site or Narromine Junior Gorillas Instagram page.

Bernard Foley is in doubt for the NSW Waratahs season opener against the Western Force this Saturday.
A final decision will be made on Tuesday regarding his availability following a concussion he sustained in last Thursday's trial match.
Foley was a noticeable absentee from Waratahs' training on Monday afternoon and Fairfax Media understands he will be assessed on Tuesday to see if he has overcome concussion symptoms.
The incumbent Wallabies five-eighth watched his teammates go about their business at Bus Loop Oval at Moore Park but took no part in any kind of training.
The NSW Waratahs will be playing their first game against the Western Force at the Sydney Football Stadium on Saturday. Kick off is at 7.40pm.
