As the Warhorse Pre-Season Games approaches, there’s a little more for the boys to train for.
The Gorillas will also be looking to make a massive entrance to the Graincorp Cup this year, as it is their first year in the western division.
The Gorillas will also be celebrating their 35 anniversary as a football club, so amongst the hard training sessions and big games, there will be lost of fun throughout the season.
“There will be a black tie ball held during the season to celebrate the highs and lows that the club has experienced in those three and half decades,” Gorillas Michael Harris said.
“There’ll be plenty of nostalgia and walks down memory lane on the Club’s Facebook page.”
The boys are kicking off their massive season playing the Redbacks in Wellington on April 8.
