The Narromine Men’s Shed have responded to a call of aid from the victims of the Sir Ivan Fires.

Men’s Shed secretary John Mutton said the men generously donated their time and hard work to helping the victims of the fire which destroyed 34 homes and 55,000 acres along with fencing, infrastructure and livestock on February 19.
“The Narromine Men’s Shed received an SOS from the victims of the bushfires in the Dunedoo and Coolah areas and responded with a truckload of furniture, household goods, tools, toys, kitchen appliances and soft goods” Mr Mutton said.
“Thanks goes to all those involved and helped.”
Mr and Mrs gary Scarlett and Coolah conveyed the goods ree of charvge, and Narromine business Astill’s welding loaded the goods with their fork truck.
