George was one of two junior judges who placed the sheep in the same order as the judge and he was one of nine chosen to participate in the oral section of the judging.
“Although not placed, George did Trangie and Dubbo region proud,” mum Louise Burns said.
George was one of 19 who competed and he represented the whole Dubbo region in the Junior Meat Sheep Judging.
The 15 year-old started climbing the ranks to the Royal at the Trangie Junior Judging in July Holidays last year. He went on to compete at the Junior Judging Zone Finals in Dubbo during January this year.
