Dad would inflict the punishment but often mum is left to deal with the everyday whining, tantrums, shouting and persistent nagging from the kids.
Many mums have turned to the award-winning and best-selling 1-2- 3 Magic program to help them get back in charge of their homes and learn how to enjoy their kids again.
Well now it is Dad’s turn. As dads, we need to support our partners, wives and mothers of our children to create a better home environment for our whole family.
Imagine coming home and not being asked to discipline the children as soon as you walk in the door.
1-2- 3 Magic is a simple, precise and effective way of managing – gently and firmly – the behavior of children in approximately the two to twelve-year- old range.
Though it’s not really magic, thousands of parents have sworn that the program “works like magic” – quickly and effectively.
The 1-2- 3 is what you might call a “parents in charge” strategy, but no arguing, yelling or spanking is allowed.
Raising kids is unexpectedly hard, and it really, really helps to know what you are doing.
If you are raising young children, 1-2- 3 Magic might be your ticket to effective and enjoyable parenting for several reasons through three straightforward steps.
In 1-2- 3 Magic, Dads will learn: Controlling Obnoxious Behaviour, Encouraging Good Behaviour, Strengthening Your Relationship
CentaCare Narromine through its Men and Family Relationships and Families NSW programs will be running the 1-2- 3 Magic program over 3 nights on the and August 23 and 30 and September 6 at the CentaCare office at 12 Dandaloo Street Narromine.
