An accident stopped traffic on Saturday when a blue Mazda flipped at the Alagalah Street and Dappo Road intersection.

Police reported at about 11am the vehicle travelling south approached the intersection and a red Commodore failed to give way to the Mazda.
The collision forced the car onto its roof and a person was trapped inside by confinement.
The female passenger of the Commodore went to hospital with a collapsed lung, she was reported to be in a stable condition the following day.
Both drivers complained of minor injuries with the driver of the Mazda reporting a sore sternum and the driver of the Commodore complaining of a sore shoulder.
Both drivers tested negative to drug and alcohol tests.
An infringement notice will be given to the offending vehicle.
