Hannah Gill, Sam Brien, Ricky Wicks and Hunter Daniels travelled to Dubbo last Wednesday to represent Narromine Public School in the junior and senior primary sections of the spelling challenge.
While they were all ‘out-spelled’ in the final, they put in a sterling effort to progress through the rounds.
These spellers competed against students against Trangie Central School and Nyngan Public School along with other schools from around the electorate.
The winners were from Orana Heights, Wellington Public, Baradine Central and Dubbo South Public School.
