Maddeleine Bretag accepted a nomination for the position of Secretary, while Andrew Cayser stayed on as Treasurer, Pat Riley will continue in the role of Publicity Officer and George Gibson and Doug Ferrari will remain as Vice Presidents.
Action being the key word, the group is now working towards organising the annual Christmas party with all the attractions that have proved so popular in past years, including the shop-locally-and-win campaign.

The town beautification program is underway with one mural already completed on the North facing wall of a building on the East side of Dandaloo Street and more planned for other strategic locations around town.
What turned out to be a very popular event last year will be staged again this year on a date to be announced.
The Fishing competition, held at the Goan Waterhole last year provided an opportunity for many budding anglers to test their skills and it is hoped that this year’s event will be equally as well supported. A date and entry details will be published shortly.
