Emergency services were called to the accident on Narwonah road at 2.30pm Friday afternoon.
It is believed the woman was travelling to Sydney when she lost control of her vehicle and it rolled, colliding with a tree.
The woman was able to free herself, but is now at Dubbo Base Hospital for observation and monitoring for possible internal and spinal injuries.
Police are reminding people to take care on country roads, drive to the prevailing road conditions and allow plenty of time to reach destinations.
