Dean, Amanda, Bill, Merryn and Holly Adams all moved from Nyngan to the property in Narromine located at 447 Ceres Siding road eleven years ago so the girls did not have to travel to boarding school.
According to Amanda Adams the avenue of Chinese elms along the driveway were only two metres high. She said she has a big beautiful lawn, vegetable garden, almost 120 roses and a fish pond.
“Dean and I have created a unique outdoor living area with a brick fireplace that Lionel Peckham built,” Ms Adams said.
“I often open my gardens to the Narromine Garden club, Mispar and the Anglican Church.”
Ms Adams does all of the garden by herself and has completed a certificate three and four of horticulture at Dubbo and Orange Tafe, all while working part time with Australian Unity.
