The Fete is the P&C’s biggest fundraiser for the year and are hoping to raise some great money to put back into the school, making it bigger and better for students.
There will be plenty to so with a $2 shop, showbags, plant and book stalls, face and nail painting, tattoos, a photo booth, chocolate lob, pet rock painting, the new Nerf Gun War, hot laps, pony rides, a petting zoo, and the ever popular Dunk the Teacher.
Don’t worry about being hungry, there will be plenty of food stalls to feed hunger pains, including cakes, milkshakes, popcorn, slushies, lollies, cold drinks, coldrock ice-cream and of course a barbeque.
Crystal Paine from the Narromine Public P&C said they will also be drawing prizes from their big Monster Raffle, having performances by the school and the community and will have displays from a number of community organisations.
“We want to make this year the best year yet, and would love to see as many people as possible from the community coming along to supporting our school fete,” Ms Paine said.
“It is going to be a fun filled day for everyone, so come join in the fun with our students and staff, and help raise money for our school.”
“Your bound to enjoy yourself and might even win a prize.”
Ms Paine said the P&C thank everyone who has supported the event.
“We would like to thank all the people who have supported us in organising the fete, and particularly all the business that have come on board and sponsored or donated things towards our Monster Raffle,” Ms Paine said.
“We are truly grateful and couldn't have done it without them.”
The committee said anyone who would like to donate, sponsor or help out on the day are encouraged to contact the P&C.
