Master Technician at Robert Handsaker Ford, Mr Hilder will be competing in the two-day event which involves a timed practical and theory based test of locating and fixing a fault in a new Mahindra.
Mr Hilder recently competed against other technicians in Brisbane, and was successfully selected to represent Australia in India against some of the best mechanics in the world.

Since starting at Robert Handsaker in 2011, Mr Hilder has been working with Mahindras and said he’s “excited” to be going overseas.
“Its working on cars and finding faults with them, so Mahindra put a fault in the car so you have to find it,” Mr Hilder said.
Service Manager at Robert Handsaker, Andrew Hoey said the team are very excited about this opportunity for Mr Hilder and it will be an asset for dealership.
“The whole dealership are very proud of Mark. We’re very happy to have him on the team, and look forward to him bringing back his knowledge and experience,” Mr Hoey said.
Mr Hilder said the highlight will be visiting the Mahindra factory in Mumbai.
