The NRL is continuing to investigate a number of lewd old videos involving Canterbury recruit Dylan Napa, which have been spread online.

Napa has sought legal advice on the matter and spoken to NSW Police, however, as of Tuesday, no formal report had been lodged.

The posting of such videos without consent is a crime punishable by jail time in NSW.

"It's obviously disappointing with all the headlines that have come across the league at the moment," Graham said.

"With the video situation, it's hard. If it's in a private phone and someone has got a hold of it and releasing private information, it's not great.

"You do feel for the guys there. It is disappointing to see but it's a warning to everyone to make sure they are in control of what they are putting themselves in.

"It's a real tough one."

Leaked images and videos of both Todd Carney and Mitchell Pearce sparked action in recent years, with each incident varying in nature.

A video of Corey Norman was re-spread on Monday night on the internet, which included him watching another individual consume drugs.

The video itself was first seen in 2016, and formed part of his eight-game ban and $20,000 fine at the time for a number of matters.

Meanwhile, Rugby Australia confirmed on Tuesday that Kurtley Beale had also apologised for appearing in the background of the video.

He was also not seen to be consuming any illegal substances.
