Determination.
New Narromine coach Dylan Hill knows the Jets don't have the depth a lot of clubs in Group 11 can call on, but he's confident a steely drive to ensure the club improves, from top to bottom, will lift the Jets in 2019.
After a year mentoring Macquarie in 2018, Hill has made the move to Narromine and is looking to further develop his coaching resume with the red and whites, and he'll play this year too.
Hill and livewire half Tony Clevin, a player that proved a revelation in Group 11 last season after admitting he got sick of standing out on the wing, joins the Get 'Em Onside Podcast this week.
Next week's episode will feature Group 11's western stronghold, Nyngan, and new coach Justin Carney and stalwart Jacob Neill.
