In support of our students heading to Vietnam for a Community Service excursion - hospitality students under the guidance of Miss Googe (Hospitality teacher) are cooking a tapas style menu with many scrumptious Vietnamese dishes including; rice paper rolls, pork spring rolls, duck pancakes, caramelised pork belly, sweet potato and prawn clusters and more.
