"There is plenty planned for Youth Week, and I would really encourage our youth to visit Council's website or Facebook page event for a list of activities," Narromine Shire Council General Manager Jane Redden said.
During the three days there will be skateboarding workshops, free sausage sizzles, family movie nights, hula hoop groove and dance fitness classes and library activities.
"Part of our community strategic plan is to value our youth's experience and engage them regularly for a range of purposes, and Council looks forward to celebrating accordingly," Ms Redden said.
National Youth Week is jointly supported by the Australian Government, State and Territory Governments and Local Governments.
Youth Week in the Narromine Shire is also supported by Communities for Children, Breakthru Solutions, Catholic Care, Narromine USMC, Macquarie Library, Uniting and Trangie Action Group.
