Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello and Member for Dubbo Dugald Saunders were in Narromine on Wednesday to inspect the Mobile Service Centre, which made its first ever visit to the shire.
"Mobile Service centres take Service NSW to the people, saving them not only time, but also money, Mr Dominello said.
"Service NSW is a one-stop shop for vital services such as getting a birth certificate, seniors card, driver licence and renewing vehicle registration.

"But it is also a gateway to household savings and can help people access important cost of living programs, such as energy switch, active kids vouchers and CTP refunds."
Mr Saunders said the custom fitted centre would visit the town every seven to eight weeks, with advanced notice, so locals will know when to expect a visit and what documentation is required to perform their transaction.
There are currently two buses on the road and will also be called out in times of emergency such as natural disasters.
"It's exciting to be here to celebrate the bus's first ever visit to Narromine. It's the first of many to come and will benefit the region now and in the future," Mr Saunders said.
"There are almost 1200 families living in Narromine who'll no longer have to travel the hour round trip to Dubbo to get a birth, death or marriage certificate, driver licence or seniors card.
"The Mobile Service centre will also visit Trangie and Tottenham where there is no physical Service NSW presence."
More than 500 residents of small country towns have already made the most of the new Mobile Service Centres across NSW, saving a combined 110 hours in travel time.
The Mobile Service Centres are cashless, with payment options including cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. The timetable will be updated on a regular basis and is subject to change.
