Since 2009, the Pink Pigeon event held in January each year, has received continued support from the Narromine Shire Community.
Businesses, community members and farmers have come together to assist in raising over $100,000 for the McGrath Foundation directly supporting regional breast cancer nurses for the shire.
The Pink Pigeon cocktail night on July 6 at the Narromine USMC not only aims to thank the shire for their support, but also aims to bring the community together during what has been a tough period of drought.

"We are all feeling the drought, small businesses and farmers alike," committee member Shane Dolton said.
"It is a change for the community to get out of the house and off the farm, enjoy themselves and take their mind off the tough times."
The event is also a time to celebrate Narromine's local sporting legends, including Australian cricket representative Glenn McGrath, Australian rugby league star David Gillespie, and champion clay target pigeon shooter and musician Jason Owen, who will be attending the event.
Narromine USMC President Bob Walsh said they are excited to be participating in the Pink Pigeon event to help celebrate 10 years.
"The Pink Pigeon Committee has been working hard to bring the event together, if you are looking for a great night out with our local sporting legends get your tickets today," he said.
Tickets are available from 123tix.com.au, Narromine USMC or Trangie Hotel.
Buses are an additional $10 and will depart from Trangie Hotel at 5:30pm.
The committee would like to thank local businesses for coming together to once again support the Pink Pigeon committee including Jack and Minnie James for supplying the bus transport, Narromine USMC and Narromine Shire Council.
