It's an event for the whole community, with a category for everyone.
Whether an adult or child, a true fitness fanatic or occasional athlete there's something for everyone.
The event is expected to draw 100 competitors from around the region, with people from surrounding towns such as Nyngan and Narromine encouraged to participate.

People should claim the date in their diary for Sunday, March 29 at the Warren Swimming Pool.
Decide if you want to compete individually or in a team.
There's plenty of time to prepare and families are especially welcome.
Categories will include:
- Mini -100 metre swim, 2 kilometre cycle, 900 metre run (individual event)
- Short Course - 200 metre swim, 14 kilometre cycle, 1.8 kilometre run (individual and teams event)
- Long Course - 400 metre swim, 21 kilometre cycle, 4.5 kilometre run (individual and teams event)
