The Narromine Public School student was just one of 95 entrants this year.
Jets' committee member Sally Everett said the judging panel had a massive job as entries were of top quality.
The second design winner went to Rob Salt, which will be created into a commemorative stubby holder.
On behalf of the committee Ms Everett thanked everyone who took the time to submit their entries.
"Thank you to each and every person ... we love sharing important events with our community," she said.
