In Mandurah, Kings Carnival took the brunt of the storm with high tides flooding the amusement park while further storm tides have led to road closures in Halls Head on Paul Street, Fairbridge Street and Carter Street.
Electricity is out at 144 homes in Halls Head and several in Jarrahdale but the rest of the Peel region still has power.
A potentially dangerous storm tide bringing high tides, damaging waves and dangerous surf conditions could continue into Tuesday.
