They will see their lead over third-placed Brentford cut to a point if the Bees win their game in hand over Preston on Wednesday.
Anthony Knockaert hit the bar for Fulham and Grady Diangana went close for the hosts.
Only the top two team qualify automatically for promotion to the lucrative EPL, and Bilic remains confident despite the draw.
"Everything is in our hands," he said, with West Brom two points behind Leeds having played a game more.
"We started the restart a bit slower, were a bit unlucky in first couple of games but after that, in last five games, we are creating and dominating."
The game at the Hawthorns finished goalless but it was a massacre at DW Stadium where Wigan hammered relegation-battlers Hull City 8-0.
The hosts scored seven goals in an incredible first half with Kal Naismith setting the tone with a goal in the opening moments of the contest before continuing to tear into a woeful Tigers side thereafter.
Kieffer Moore and Kieran Dowell netted a brace each and Jamal Lowe and Joe Williams also got on the scoresheet, all before the interval.
Wigan then rattled the frame of the goal again after the break via an Antonee Robinson shot, before Dowell completed his hat-trick with a fine volley.
The remarkable result is both Wigan's biggest league win and Hull's joint-biggest league loss, with Hulls boss Grant McCann saying sorry after the match.
"It has hurt us, and all I can do is apologise to the fans on behalf of everyone in that dressing room because it's nowhere good enough, and I'm so, so sorry for that," said McCann.
A Wayne Rooney mistake all but ended Derby's promotion hopes as Cardiff consolidated their position in the play-offs with a 2-1 home victory.
Jordan Knight had earlier cancelled out Junior Hoilett's first-half effort to restore parity for Derby.
But Derby were punished after 59 minutes when Rooney was caught in possession by Lee Tomlin.
England's record goalscorer was helpless as Tomlin ran away to restore Cardiff's lead and keep them in sixth spot and the final play-off place, two points above Millwall who beat Blackburn 1-0.
Middlesbrough boosted their chances of avoiding relegation with a hard-earned 2-1 win at mid-table Reading while Luton Town missed the chance to move out of the bottom three after being held to a 1-1 draw at home to QPR.
Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield played out a dire 0-0 draw in their clash.
