The Narromine Jets sponsor and charity day was a great success on Saturday. The Jets raised in excess of $9000 for the Narromine VRA, Cancer Support Group and Parkinson's Assist.

The Jets also celebrated the day by thanking their generous sponsors.
The First Grade team wore purple and white football jerseys, shorts and socks as purple is the colour for Parkinson's Disease.
Following the football, at the USMC, the jerseys were auctioned off by Michael Burke from W Burke and Co and the proceeds went to the charities.
The Narromine Jets donated $3530 to Parkinson's Assist, $3000 to the VRA and $3000 to the Narromine Cancer Support Group.
Hit-and-run victim Tom Newlands led the team out onto Cale Oval and performed the coin toss.
The Jets were thrilled to have Tom back at the game as he was a part of the team before his accident.
The day also promoted closing the gap, tackling Indigenous chronic disease, the day also supported the Stop Smoking, Live Longer campaign run by the Wellington Aboriginal Corporation.

The under-18s team had to win their game by 30 points to qualify for the finals, they did so convincingly, beating the Rabbitohs by more than 50 points.
