The lunch was a gesture of appreciation for their hours of voluntary service to the organisation.
The beautiful patchwork quilt that was raffled in the weeks leading up to Christmas, was won by David Carthy.
SVdP would like to thank the local community which so generously supported this venture.
In excess of $300 was raised, money that will be used locally to help bring some Christmas cheer into the lives of those less fortunate.
The centre will re-open on January 27 with a range of summer clothes, books, babywear, linen and bric-a-brac and they look forward to welcoming their clients back for the new year.
