After suffering defeat to CYMS in the opening weeks, the Jets downed the Macquarie Raiders at No. 1 Oval on Saturday.
Most fans are expecting improvement from the Jets in 2018 and with the likes of Wes Middleton and halves Tyrone Walsh and Travis Lowe linking up with the side, hopes are high.
The Jets won 26-14 on Saturday, condemning the Raiders to defeat just a week after a hard-earned win at Nyngan’s Larkin Oval.
It caps off a successful week for the Narromine club, after Middleton and the two halves were selected in the Group 11 squad which will take on Group 10 at Bathurst this coming weekend.
After two rounds of trials, the Group 11 competition kicks off on the weekend of April 28. The Jets will face CYMS in Dubbo.
