As the show circuit makes its way across the Central and Far West, it’s time for Narromine to enjoy its weekend in the show spotlight. There will be plenty to eat, see and do both inside and outside the pavilion.

Sideshow alley, everyone’s favourite, will keep the crowds energy levels up with an array of delicious snacks as they take turns on thrilling rides including the Zipper, the Cha Cha and the Twister, while there will be plenty of prizes to be won at one of the many skill-tester games such as the Hungry Clowns and the Duck Shoot.
Animals will also take centre stage with an array of events in the horse ring and the yard dog trials, along with plenty of livestock judging taking place. For those who prefer to watch rather than compete, the animal nursery will certainly be popular, offering a chance to get up close and personal with some furry friends.
Inside the pavilion the hard work and effort of Narromine’s residents will be on display, with show goers treated to a sensory overload of amazing artworks and photography, delicious tempting baked goods, and stunning floral arrangements and other handicrafts.

The show wouldn’t be complete without the Miss Showgirl and Junior Quest competitions. Junior Quest steward, Clare Webb said she encourage all local infants, children and young adults up to 17 years of age to enter.
