YEARS of study has culminated in a very big week for Year 12 students in the Central West with Higher School Certificate (HSC) results out on Thursday and Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) marks on Friday.

All up, almost 77,000 students received their HSC mark for at least one course on Thursday, while 56,000 received an ATAR rank on Friday.
Since then, journalists across the Central West have bringing you the reaction of students, principals and schools.
Students who have queries about their ATAR can call the UAC ATAR Enquiry Centre on 1300 MY ATAR (1300 692 827) or (02) 9119 5012.
The enquiry centre is open on 8.30am to 6pm on Friday.
It will also be open from 8.30am until 4.30pm from Monday, December 17 to Wednesday, December 19.
