Barnaby Joyce, Dugald Saunders, John Williams and current member for Parkes Mark Coulton were present to discuss a wide range of issues and topics with the community ahead of the Federal Election on May 18.
One of the event organisers David Kinsey said the evening was well attended and received "very well" by participants.
He said the event was hosted in support of Mark Coulton and the National party, who they believe are about supporting sustainable and profitable rural and regional communities.
Mr Kinsey said the politicians discussed current concerns such as the carbon emissions reduction scheme and it's impact on electricity prices for small communities, the cost of transport and the rise in fuel prices.
"There are concerns that could hurt the regional economy and we think the National party is the best place to help drive profitable, sustainable regional communities," he said.
