Police said the man was wanted over an alleged violent home invasion and assault that occurred in Narromine on Saturday May 25.
The accused has been charged with breaching an apprehended domestic violence order, aggravated break and enter with intent to commit serious indictable offence, damage to property, common assault and intimidation.
The man was also on bail at the time of these offences and had breached his bail.
The accused has since appeared in Dubbo Local Court, where he was refused bail until August 6, 2019.
Police have said the man was wanted for some time with Narromine police conducting several covert operations hoping to apprehend him
"It was a great to see the man make a good choice by handing himself in to police," a NSW police spokesperson said.
