Zamael and Zeon Berger won first prize in the Memorised Poem for Two on Wednesday afternoon.
The duo performed 'The PE Teacher'. It's the same poem they did at the Dubbo Eisteddfod last year, however, in 2018 they received a Highly Commended.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
The poem is about a PE teacher who isn't liked by his students because of all the hard work he makes them do.
Zamael said it was really fun to do it with each other.
For Zeon, the best bit was doing actions, like star jumps, and the different voices they used.
Adjudicator Anita Eldridge praised the duo for their expression in the poem.
She said the entire section did very well at sharing the words with each other and with the audience.
Second place in the section went to Charlotte and Elizabeth Jones who did a poem about messy, dirty younger brothers.
The Dubbo Eisteddfod continues on Thursday with dance, drama and vocal.
