A Dubbo man has been charged after allegedly drink driving in Narromine three times over the legal limit on the weekend.

At about 12.30am on Sunday morning June 16, police stopped a blue Toyota Echo on Dandaloo Street due to its manner of driving.
Police conducted a road side breath test on the 36-year-old male driver, returning a positive result.
The Dubbo man was arrested and taken to the Dubbo Police Station where he undertook a breath analysis test returning a positive reading of 0.157.
Police suspended the licence of the accused, who allegedly became argumentative with police arguing he needed his licence for work purposes.
He was issued a court attendance notice for driving with a high range prescribed concentration of alcohol and will appear at Dubbo Local Court on August 14.
