Library coordinator Melissa Tong said bookings are essential and need to be made in advance due to how popular Mr Jones' shows have been in the past.
Ms Tong likened Mr Jones to a sort of modern-day Roald Dahl.
"It's will be a fun day for kids and their parents. Andy starts a rhyme that they all rap together, and as it goes on each person takes a turn adding to it," Ms Tong said.
"It becomes quite funny, and everyone gets involved. We have all of his books here too, and they are all really popular."
Mr Jones show will be held at the Wellington library the day before on January 22, and at the Dunedoo Library from 10.30 before travelling to Dubbo on January 23.
He will then travel to Narromine Library on January 24 for a morning performance before heading to Trangie Library that afternoon.
