TAG committee member Andrew Cayzer said they have begun the competition on Facebook to help keep local children entertained while they're in home isolation.
"Even though we're locked down we're still a very tight community which is good," he said.
"Each week we'll do something a little bit different, so this week we're encouraging kids to take pictures of their pet dressed up, and attach it to that particular post in the Facebook group, the community can vote on it and then we'll give the winner a $10 gift voucher to spend in the community.
"Winners can then spend that on lollies or whatever they want to do, and that also keeps the money in the community, and we'll do that every couple of weeks until we're allowed to go out again."
This week kids have until Sunday to post their photo before the draw.
TAG has also planned to host a community street party when the restrictions are lifted to help give the community hope and something to look forward to at the end of the pandemic.
"Colleen Evans suggested we should put on a street party when we're all allowed to come out of our houses," Mr Cayzer said.
"So TAG has decided to do that ...will pay for that all the soft drink and food."
"It's really just to give people a bit of hope when it does come to the end.
