Yorke Peninsula boasts some of the best beaches found in South Australia. It attracts a myriad of sealife, making it one of the best fishing spots in the country too.

It sits between the Spencer Guld and the Gulf St Vincent, with Kangaroo Island lying west over the Investigator Straits.

Besides its beaches, it is also famous for its Moonta Mines – an old copper mining village that is now a national heritage.
